Under the main promotion of national policies, Jiangnan Management has made rapid progress in the field of full-process engineering consulting with its excellent comprehensive strength, industry reputation and outstanding engineering performance, achieving good development results and has become the most powerful consulting enterprise engaged in full-process engineering consulting in China. However, as the scale of the full-process engineering consulting business continues to expand, the contradiction between the supply and demand of outstanding consulting service technical talents is becoming increasingly severe, especially the shortage of high-quality full-process engineering consulting project managers.

In order to actively address the shortage of consulting project managers, promote the transformation of the company's technical backbone to engage in full-process engineering consulting, and at the same time enhance the practical ability and professional quality of consulting project managers, Jiangnan Management College, in collaboration with the company's full-process Consulting Division, held the first consulting project manager training camp from May 24th to 26th. Most of the trainees participating in this training are the technical backbones of the company's current project departments, totaling over 40 people. Some of them are currently holding the position of chief supervisor of supervision, while others are involved in the full-process consulting projects but have not yet taken up the position of consulting project manager. However, the goal of all the trainees is very clear, which is to establish a systematic knowledge system of full-process engineering consulting as soon as possible through a series of trainings Cultivate the basic comprehensive qualities of a professional consulting project manager, keep pace with the transformation and upgrading of Jiangnan management, and make greater contributions to the company's development on a higher and broader stage in the future.

Li Jianjun, the chairman of the company, delivered an important speech before the class began. General Manager Li pointed out that the development of any enterprise relies on talents; a strong talent pool leads to a strong enterprise. The development orientation of Jiangnan Management is to become a first-class engineering consulting enterprise in China, leading the future development of the industry. This requires a large number of high-quality and professional managers as support. All the trainees present here are the key training targets for the company's professional consulting project managers and the backbone supporting the company's future development. Therefore, they should clearly recognize the mission and heavy responsibility on their shoulders, be eager to learn and enjoy learning, and strive to build themselves into first-class professional managers to make greater contributions to the company's development.

General Manager Li emphasized that the engineering consulting industry is currently in a strategic critical period of transformation and development. After the opening ceremony speech, Mr. Li delivered a lecture on the theme of "The Development Direction of the Engineering Consulting Industry". Starting from the opportunities and challenges of the engineering consulting industry in the new era, the course systematically expounds the concept, service scope and specific content, as well as the future development direction and requirements of the whole-process engineering consulting. Based on actual engineering cases, the course shared the achievements and experience summaries of adopting the full-process engineering consulting service model, clarified the company's future development direction, and put forward the ability requirements for engaging in full-process engineering consulting services, pointing out the direction for the trainees' future ability improvement.

In the second training session, General Manager Qian Chijin delivered a special presentation on "Marketing Management". Mr. Qian first emphasized the significance of marketing management for the development of an enterprise, pointing out that the purpose of marketing is to establish competitive barriers for the enterprise and create a long-term competitive advantage. Then, Mr. Qian explained the basic concepts of marketing management, clarified the differences between marketing and sales for everyone, and detailedly sorted out the main areas of marketing in the engineering consulting industry from five dimensions: customers, enterprises, competitors, collaborators, and the environment. Through vivid examples and on-site scenario simulations, General Manager Qian further analyzed the key points of marketing strategies and tactics, and provided systematic and comprehensive guidance on negotiation strategies and skills for the consulting project managers, effectively enhancing their marketing awareness and basic marketing skills.

Under the new model of the whole-process engineering consultation, how does the consulting project manager represent the consulting service unit to fulfill the rights and obligations of the consulting service as stipulated in the whole-process engineering consultation contract? How to adapt to a new position, rapidly enhance one's capabilities, and thus carry out work effectively and create new value for customers? How can one cultivate their own leadership skills through practice, achieving success for both themselves and their employees? The upcoming training will be delivered by Jin Guiming, the deputy general manager of the company, who will give a series of lectures on "The Professionalization Revolution of Consulting Project Managers", "Capacity Building of Consulting Project Managers", and "Leadership Building of Consulting Project Managers". He will guide the new position of consulting project managers under this new model to face opportunities and challenges with full enthusiasm and sincere sentiments, and undertake the sacred mission bestowed by history. The course content of this training class is rich, highly targeted and easy to understand and absorb. The course format combines lectures with question-and-answer sessions. The instructor constantly asks questions to guide the students to think actively. In accordance with the characteristics of the project manager position and in combination with classroom training, Jiangnan College has simultaneously launched online learning courses and books to urge trainees to carry out online and after-class learning work, further enhancing the training effect. After class, students should also combine the course content with the actual work of the projects they are in charge of to conduct practical summaries and research on management issues, submit research papers and defend their graduation theses. After the conclusion of this training session, the second and third sessions will be held successively this year, helping the trainees to scale new heights on their path to becoming high-quality professional managers!
