After the opening ceremony speech, Mr. Li delivered a lecture on the theme of "The Development Direction of the Engineering Consulting Industry". Starting from the opportunities and challenges of the engineering consulting industry in the new era, the course systematically expounds the concept, service scope and specific content, as well as the future development direction and requirements of the whole-process engineering consulting. Based on actual engineering cases, the course shared the achievements and experience summaries of adopting the full-process engineering consulting service model, clarified the company's future development direction, and put forward the ability requirements for engaging in full-process engineering consulting services, pointing out the direction for the trainees' future ability improvement.

In the second training session, General Manager Qian Chijin delivered a special presentation on "Marketing Management". Mr. Qian first emphasized the significance of marketing management for the development of an enterprise, pointing out that the purpose of marketing is to establish competitive barriers for the enterprise and create a long-term competitive advantage.
