Build a professional team of project managers and carry forward the spirit of Jiangnan management consultants

As an intelligence-intensive service industry, the core competitiveness of engineering consulting enterprises lies in a strong talent pool. Since its establishment, Jiangnan Management has always attached great importance to the construction of its talent team. As an enterprise university independently founded by the company, Jiangnan Management College has set a precedent in the industry and has become a major feature and highlight of Jiangnan Management. The college holds classes every year, covering all levels of the company from top to bottom. It trains over 2,000 people annually and has provided a large number of talents for the company's development.

The Evergreen Vine Program is a reserve backbone talent training program established by the college to meet the needs of enterprise transformation and upgrading development. Its goal is to cultivate high-quality and professional project manager talents. The members are mainly outstanding reserve talents who have already made a name for themselves in the company headquarters, various business divisions, local branches and project departments, and are capable of independently carrying out work in their respective positions, with great potential for development. The trainees were selected after self-registration and review and assessment by Jiangnan Management College. They are the middle-level technical and management backbones that the company focuses on and cultivates.

From July 12th to 13th, under the meticulous planning and organization of Jiangnan Management College, the company successfully held the second phase of the "Ivy League Program" training course. The teaching format was mainly offline centralized lectures, emphasizing face-to-face communication between teachers and students. It also combined online learning, defense training, and the review of key and difficult knowledge points to assist in teaching, effectively enhancing the practical abilities of the trainees. A total of 41 people participated in this training course, and they have already received the first season of training in April 2019, with good results.

In an era where opportunities and challenges coexist, they should forge ahead bravely, strive for progress, and create new glories for Jiangnan Management!

Subsequently, General Manager Zheng first started from national policies and the theoretical support of the whole-process engineering consultation, systematically explaining the "Overview of the Whole-Process Engineering Consultation", pointing out that improving the efficiency and effectiveness of engineering consultation is the main purpose of promoting the whole-process engineering consultation, and as supervision practitioners, they need to strengthen their own capacity building. Subsequently, Mr. Zheng, drawing on his years of experience in project management, including supervision, and later in providing full-process engineering consulting services at Jiangnan Management, took cases such as the Shenzhen Sun Yat-sen University project and the Shenzhen Radio and Television Finance Center project as the analysis objects, and shared the difficulties, experiences, and gains and losses encountered in the process of providing full-process engineering consulting services.
