"Chasing the Light for the Future: Jiangnan Management's 2023 Sailing Plan Training Camp Concluded Successfully.

From July 25th to August 18th, Jiangnan Management welcomed the "Chasing Light for the Future" - 2023 Sailing Plan Training Camp.

The training camp is divided into four modules: professionals, Jiangnan people, position holders and innovators. It aims to help new employees adapt to their roles, identify with the culture, learn new knowledge and enhance their thinking abilities.

A total of 160 recent college graduates from various branches participated in this training camp, divided into three classes. They completed the "Four-Have New Person" course, marking the beginning of the first chapter of their careers.

The opening ceremony of the camp was officially launched online on July 25th.

During this week, the students of Qihang conducted pre-training research, formed class committees, and completed the reading task of "The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People". Everyone explored, learned and grew together, constantly improving themselves and making full preparations for the upcoming offline training.

Qian Chijin, the president of Jiangnan Management, delivered a speech at this Qihang Plan Training camp, extending a warm welcome and high expectations to all the Qihang trainees. President Qian pointed out that the Qihang Plan is an important part of Jiangnan Management's five-year strategic plan and a key force driving the company's future development. I hope all the students of Qihang can hold onto their dreams, integrate quickly, embrace challenges, persevere, and display their talents and realize their dreams on the stage of Jiangnan Management.

During the third phase of the 03 class training held in Shenzhen, Xing Bangbao, the Vice President of Jiangnan Management and the general manager of the Shenzhen Branch, delivered a closing speech for everyone. General Manager Xing used key words such as "vitality, goal, learning and value" to offer suggestions and expectations for the future work of the new employees, helping them grow, succeed and achieve success.

During the training period, the organizing committee of the training camp carefully prepared a variety of wonderful and practical courses, ranging from company strategy to corporate culture, from role transformation and impromptu expression to professional qualities, from human resources and informatization to full-process engineering consulting. Professional explanations and incisive analyses complemented each other, and theoretical knowledge was combined with vivid cases, further strengthening everyone's determination to set sail steadily and far.

The master-apprentice pairing ceremony is a tradition in the management of Jiangnan.

The career mentor and the new employee of Qihang sign the "Mentorship Agreement", writing down their mutual trust and entrustment, as well as the teaching and growth between them. In Jiangnan, master and apprentice are lifelong friends and also role models for each other to learn from. They move forward hand in hand and jointly contribute to the development of Jiangnan management.

In order to help the freshmen integrate into the organization more quickly, the heads and representatives from various business divisions, functional centers of the headquarters and the two colleges introduced the organizational structure, work value and core job content of their departments to the college students. They also shared their workplace gains and suggestions based on the nature of their own departments in a friendly manner.

For this training camp, two senior students from each of the three classes were invited. They analyzed the confusion and perplexing they might encounter in the early stage of entering the workplace based on their own experiences of entering Jiangnan. They also shared their mental journey during that period and some tips and methods for obtaining certificates with everyone. Subsequently, they answered questions and cleared up the confusion for the new recruits, helping them find their own "place". Find a development path that suits you.

At the book sharing session, everyone exchanged their feelings and vied to share their insights and thoughts on "The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People", exchanging their understandings and drawing energy from each other to forge ahead bravely, looking forward to a highly effective life.

At the end of the training camp, Assistant to the dean of Jiangnan School of Management, Mr. Xiao Wang, led everyone to review the entire learning process of the training camp from the simple to the complex using OH card technology. Through the design of multiple links such as OH card mandala, Who is Freud, and overseas study Tours, everyone continuously searched, understood, digested, and acted, colliding, integrating, and innovating together.

Finally, with the mutual blessings of the trainees, the 2023 Set Sail Plan Training Camp came to an end...
