The transformation from a campus student to a professional in the workplace is the first button that Jiangnan Management has fastened for the "sailing students". 

Jin Guiming, Vice President of Jiangnan Management and Dean of Jiangnan Management College, emphasized from six perspectives on the topic of "Professional Quality and Career Planning" that transitioning to a new role is a process full of challenges and opportunities for professionals. He encouraged the "sailing students" to adjust their mindset, respond positively to the environment they are in, comprehensively assess their own qualities, and promote transformation through learning.

Wang Yumei, the vice dean of Jiangnan School of Management, used the career "clover model" to lead college students to sort out and explore from their interests and hobbies, ability advantages and values, enabling the "sailing students" to find their ability advantages from their interests and hobbies and transfer their own value from these ability advantages. Use "the gift of time" to lead college students to think about and plan their selves in four time dimensions - "the self before coming to Jiangnan", "the self at this moment", "the self one year later" and "the self ten years later", so that the "sailing students" can have a clearer understanding and positioning of themselves.

A thorough understanding of Jiangnan, familiarity with Jiangnan and identification with Jiangnan culture are the key steps for "Qihangsheng" to integrate into Jiangnan.

Jia Fuhui, the general manager of the Enterprise Development Center, Hong Xinmei, the general manager of the Human Resources Center, and Wu Huiqun, the general manager of the Science and Technology Information Center, respectively presented "Corporate Culture and System", "Human Resources System", and "Information Management and Platform Application" from the perspectives of six major modules including corporate culture and regulations, human resources structure and training development, as well as the application of digital and intelligent platforms and project management. This enabled the "Sailing Students" to gain a new understanding of the organizational structure, team profiles and main values of each department. Through question-and-answer interactions, they deepened their comprehension of each department and position.

In order to help the "Qihang Students" better integrate into the management of Jiangnan, President Qian Chijin, through the course "Industry Development Trends and Enterprise Strategy", used the PESTEL analysis model to gradually advance and decode the enterprise strategy, enabling everyone to have a comprehensive understanding of the company's future development.

In Jiangnan, constantly learning new knowledge is the key to maintaining competitiveness and adapting to the rapidly changing environment. Through continuous learning and practice, professionals in their positions can constantly enhance their capabilities and achieve career growth and success.

Zheng Dawei, the deputy chief engineer of the company and the vice president of Jiangnan Management College, analyzed from a micro perspective, "From Engineering Supervision to Full-Process Engineering Consultation", that as a "start-up student" of Jiangnan, one needs to understand and be familiar with one's job position and responsibilities, have a global perspective on the engineering supervision and consultation industry, recognize one's own position, and maintain curiosity and an exploratory spirit towards new knowledge.

In order to better enhance their expression skills and cultivate good improvisational thinking, Teacher Wang Yumei led the "Qihang Students" to assess improvisational thinking. Through continuous practice, they achieved the course benefits of "expressing logically, persuading structurally, constantly internalizing influence, and developing high emotional intelligence to influence others", thereby helping college students improve their expression abilities.

As an innovator, opening up new thinking is the key to promoting the development of both individuals and organizations.

Teacher Wang Yumei from Jiangnan School of Management uses "value co-creation" to guide the "Qihang Students" to achieve and maintain their values. Test the "synergy and leveraging" thinking of team members with the concept of "supporting the frontline". Lead the "Sailing students" to grow and explore, as well as conduct graduation reviews in the form of Euro cards, and encourage college students to co-create, explore and innovate.

During the reading sharing session of "The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People" independently shared by the "Qihang Students", the "Qihang Students" elaborated on the creative process and presented it in various forms such as videos and PPTS. Eventually, the "Outstanding Readers" in their hearts were selected through voting.
