The 2023 Spark Program of Jiangnan Management - "Curriculum Design and Development" Workshop was successfully held

To cultivate an internal training team with a "Jiangnan flavor" that fulfills the mission entrusted by the company of inheriting culture, supporting business, training talents and innovating management, Jiangnan School of Management has formulated a phased and long-term internal training program. With the momentum of "a spark can start a prairie fire", it aims to achieve the professionalization and specialization of the internal training team, as well as the regularization and scientification of team management.
The Spark Program was launched in 2020. Over the past three years, it has cultivated 77 internal trainers who have passed the level certification. This year, after recruitment in March, pre-selection in April and research in May, 15 business backbones who have both online teaching and offline experience sharing were finally selected from 46 candidates for internal trainers to become the participants of this workshop. For the prospective internal trainers who pass the trial lecture review and the courseware acceptance assessment, the college will conduct the fourth batch of internal trainer grade certification of the company in September and hold the internal trainer appointment letter awarding ceremony.

At the beginning of the workshop on the morning of June 9th, Teacher Wang immediately aroused the enthusiasm of the participants through a unique OH technique and the red envelope test method. Since it was a skills class, Teacher Wang directly broke down the learning principles and logic behind it. Only then did the trainees understand that this was to create a learning environment by applying the ABC principle at the beginning, and to clarify the relationships among trainees, between trainees and the theme, between trainees and old knowledge, and between trainees and the teacher. The C1 part of the teaching design had been smoothly completed, and the trainees truly felt the charm of the "student-centered" teaching design.

In the following course, Teacher Wang will break down the role and skills of the instructor in the four aspects of "why-what-how-what if" that the trainees focus on from four modules: meaning power, design power, interaction power and transformation power. Address the three major pain points of internal trainers identified through pre-training research: "dull professional knowledge explanation", "difficulty in grasping the logical structure of the course", and "difficulty in evaluating and converting the training effect" one by one in a targeted manner
The outline of the course, the structured arrangement of each module and the course production were completed by using rational techniques such as 6 major steps, 12 sections, 7 expression logics and 6 target levels. According to the process guidance and structured expression techniques, the course development of part C2 was completed on the spot.
Through 26 interpretation methods and 21 practical exercise techniques, complete the interactive design closely related to the course content (ASK) and teaching objectives, and complete the C3 part interactive design closely related to the course content (ASK) and teaching objectives.
By applying six transformation techniques and over ten light-duty transformation skills, along with Kirsten's four-level assessment and on-the-job performance support, we ensure that trainees can effectively remember and transfer after training, and complete the transformation design of the C4 part on the spot.
That night, the trainees began to apply what they had learned, constantly refining the teaching designs for sections C1 to C4, optimizing the overall content and form of the course, and preparing for the practical exercises the next day.
Teaching Practice - 8-Minute Mini-class
Brilliance is prepared, effect is designed, and internal trainers are trained through practical experience. After nearly 7 hours of efficient recharging, an evening of PPT production, teaching design and self-practice, and a series of other rounds of refinement, the practical "8-minute mini-class" of the internal trainers began at 8:30 a.m. on the 10th.

Vice President Zheng and Teacher Wang of the college respectively scored and provided multi-dimensional comments on the 15 speakers from the aspects of professional and structural categories, and put forward targeted improvement suggestions on the logical framework of key content and the 4C method teaching design of key knowledge points.
Teacher Wang led the trainees to review the learning and practical process of the workshop with OH card technology, extracted collective wisdom through overseas study Tours, completed the co-creation of insights in the group workshop, and finally made a commitment to the chain of lection-level courseware actions.

Concluding remarks

Zheng Dawei, the vice president of the college, delivered a concluding speech. General Manager Zheng highly recognized the full commitment of all the internal trainers. He pointed out that as an internal trainer, one must first have a sense of mission and internalize the company's mission of inheriting culture, supporting business, cultivating talents and innovating management into one's own blood. Secondly, apply the gains from the workshops, continuously refine and improve, empower employees, and at the same time form influential copyright courses within the industry. This will spread like wildfire to simultaneously achieve professionalization and vocationalization of the internal trainer team, further enhancing the brand image and value of Jiangnan.
