All the staff of the Mass Art Center project are closely adhering to the principle of "tracking, implementation, feedback and value", working diligently and earnestly to complete every step of the project. We are united and diligent, and we are a team with alternating senior, middle-aged and young members. We make progress together through mutual learning and encouragement, and realize our own life values.

First, be courageous in taking responsibility, attach great importance to management, and strive for excellence

Since the Mass Art Center project entered the site at the end of 2017, as the first full-process consulting project of Jiangnan Management in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, adhering to the company's professional, rigorous, pragmatic and efficient management philosophy, we have fully leveraged the advantages of full-process consulting services to this project. Take the initiative to promote the work, offer suggestions and strategies to the owner, strengthen cost control, and ensure the orderly completion in accordance with the established plan. Under the premise of thorough preparations in terms of procedures, funds, design, bidding and tendering, site and climate in the early stage, the project was successfully started on March 1, 2019. After the start of the project, on-site control was strengthened, unknown risks were predicted in advance, and all parties involved in the construction were coordinated to solve difficult problems to ensure the quality, safety, progress and investment of the project. On November 5th of the same year, the main structure was successfully topped out, marking the completion of a new milestone for the project. Through project practice, Jiangnan Management has brought the service concept of full-process consulting to the Inner Mongolia market.

Second, be diligent in quality, ensure safety, and add the finishing touch

Due to the complex structure, tight schedule and heavy tasks of the project, and its being a key ongoing project at both the autonomous region and municipal levels, it has received high attention from the leaders of the autonomous region and the city. With the leaders of the two levels of government visiting the site many times to inspect and guide the work, under the leadership of the project manager, all the staff of the project have remained at the front line of management, working overtime to do a good job in control and guarantee for catching up with the progress and the construction period. We comprehensively reviewed the daily work content, strictly controlled the construction quality, strictly managed the operation safety, and strictly controlled the construction progress. We made all the necessary preparations for the inspection on a daily basis. On September 21, 2019, our project department successfully passed the inspection of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of the People's Republic of China. The outstanding performance of our project department was highly praised by the Municipal Construction Commission and the owner, which is a perfect interpretation of the hard work of all employees.

Action stems from the heart, and strength stems from action. The project department adheres to the daily inspection and regular spot checks and other quality and safety inspection systems, strengthens the control over on-site quality and safety, and promptly issues rectification notices for any problems found to ensure that there are no quality and safety issues on site. Make full use of internal software such as Jiangnan e-Xing and the Intranet to track and identify problems more effectively. Strictly follow national standards and drawings to complete each acceptance procedure. Be responsible for every process of the project and every "screw" of the project. The quality awareness is deeply rooted in the hearts of every employee. When people's hearts are united, even Mount Tai can be moved. Through the efforts of the people of Jiangnan, the Zhongqun Art Center project was awarded the honor of "2019 Autonomous Region Construction Safety Standardization Demonstration Site" in 2020. In addition, this project was awarded the Green Building Two-star Evaluation Label in 2019, the 2019 Autonomous Region Fine Management Construction Site, the Gold Award for Quality Structure Project, and the first prize in the Construction Group of the 9th "Innovation Cup" Building Information Modeling (BIM) Application Competition. On July 23, 2020, after review by the expert group and on-site inspection, this project was highly praised and unanimously passed the provincial preliminary evaluation of the "Guangsha Award" candidate projects. All the staff of the project department have set a quality benchmark in the field of full-process engineering consulting services in Inner Mongolia with their professionalism, rigor, pragmatism and efficiency, and have shone the golden brand of Jiangnan Management.

Iii. Embark on a new journey, carry forward the glorious achievements and create new successes

At the beginning of 2020, the novel coronavirus pneumonia outbreak hit. Under the influence of unfavorable factors such as insufficient manpower, shortage of materials and work stoppages due to the epidemic, the progress of various projects was restricted to varying degrees. In 2020, it is planned to complete the construction goals of sub-projects such as secondary masonry, curtain wall works, installation works, and roof steel structure. Currently, the project is advancing in an orderly manner in accordance with the annual schedule, ensuring its completion by June 30, 2021, and commissioning by August 30.

With a tight schedule and ongoing tasks, the project department is facing even more severe tests. We will uphold our previous working attitude and learn more advanced management concepts. With a sense of entrustment and responsibility, through unremitting hard work and hands-on efforts, and with passion and perseverance, we have brought the concept of "small projects, big achievements" to the extreme.
