The new campus construction project of Qinghai Normal University is located in Xiasunjiazhai, Chengbei District, Xining City. The construction content includes teaching buildings, libraries, science and technology experiment buildings, administrative office buildings, student activity centers, canteens, gymnasiums, etc. The construction of the new campus of Qinghai Normal University is an important manifestation of the Qinghai Provincial Committee of the Communist Party of China and the provincial government giving priority to the development of education. It is also a significant measure to further cultivate high-level talents, promote local economic construction and strengthen social development. During the construction period, all the work has been progressing smoothly, and good results have been achieved in terms of quality, safety, progress and civilized construction. The project has successively won titles such as "Qinghai Province Safety and Civilization Standardization Demonstration Site", "National AAA-level Safety and Civilization Standardization Site", "National Green Construction Demonstration Project in the Construction Industry", and "Lu Ban Award".

The main control achievements are as follows:

1. Fruitful on-site coordination results: Jiangnan Management, leveraging its rich management experience, has set a benchmark. Thanks to the efforts of the project department, this project was recommended by the Department of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of Qinghai Province as a demonstration site for the "Management Innovation and Standardized Civilization Benchmark Project". The school authorities commended the project management company for its significant role in on-site coordination and overall management.

2. Information management addresses the school's urgent issues: Shortly after the Project Management Department entered the site, they immediately assigned dedicated personnel to assist the school in conducting a special review, identifying and filling any gaps, and helping the school properly respond to and handle the relevant inquiries raised by the audit team. They were courageous enough to take responsibility for the problems and formulate remedial measures, successfully passing the audit team's inspection. It fully demonstrates the systematic and professional capabilities of Jiangnan Management in the management of construction procedures and data archives, as well as its role in risk sharing.

3. Perfectly solve the problem of delayed construction period: After Jiangnan Management entered the site, it recompiled the overall progress control plan and decomposed the phased control nodes: It proposed the suggestion that key individual projects should create conditions and not be completely halted during the winter break. At the critical moment of project progress control, the Jiangnan Management Project Department, based on the construction tasks and progress trends of the later stages of each section, put forward rectification suggestions of "five improvements", "three increases", and "one implementation", which were approved by the owner and issued to all participating construction units for implementation. Ultimately, the key progress nodes were gradually completed: on October 28, 2015, all key individual units were fully capped. On August 15, 2016, the relocation requirements were met. On October 15, 2016, after the completion and acceptance of each individual building including teaching buildings, dormitory buildings and ancillary supporting buildings, the school was officially put into use, meeting the requirements for the start of the new term. In December 2016, the entire project was completed and passed the final acceptance inspection.
