II. Project Significance
China's higher education is currently in a critical period of connotative development, with the Ministry of Education vigorously promoting the construction of application-oriented undergraduate universities . As a key local normal university, Cangzhou Normal University faces an important opportunity for transformation and upgrading. The university's existing teaching facilities can no longer meet the demands of operating in the new era, with strained teaching space and aging laboratory equipment, making new construction projects urgently needed to enhance its conditions. With the rapid socioeconomic development of Cangzhou, the demand for high-quality application-oriented talent is increasingly pressing. As an important local talent training base, this project will significantly support the development of regional education.
