Whole-Process Engineering Consultation for the Yiwu Comprehensive Bonded Zone "Belt and Road" International Supply Chain Project comprises three clusters:

I. Yiwu Comprehensive Bonded Zone "Belt and Road" Industrial Park Project, with a total floor area of approximately 233,764 square meters.

1.Lot I of the Yiwu Comprehensive Bonded Zone "Belt and Road" Industrial Park Project: This lot has a total floor area of 107,017 ㎡. It includes two storage-type logistics warehouses (Class C) (Building #21, Building #22), a bonded R&D office building (Building #27), a substation (Building #28), unloading platform (#3), and a ramp (#5). The maximum building height is 31.3 meters, the maximum number of floors is 7, and the maximum span is 24 meters.

2.Lot II of the Yiwu Comprehensive Bonded Zone "Belt and Road" Industrial Park Project: This lot has a total floor area of 126,747 ㎡. It includes two Class C warehouses (Building #23, Building #24), two Class C factory buildings (Building #25, Building #26), and a substation (Building #29). The maximum building height is 34.35 meters, the maximum number of floors is 4, and the maximum span is 23.4 meters.

II. Yiwu Comprehensive Bonded Zone "Belt and Road" Small Commodities Consolidation Center Project

This project has a total floor area of approximately 116,560.32 square meters. It includes four comprehensive logistics buildings (Class C) (Building #16, #17, #18, #19), unloading platforms (#2, #4), a substation (Building #20), and ramps (#3, #4). The maximum building height is 31.3 meters.

III. Yiwu "Belt and Road" International Bonded Logistics and Processing One-Stop Base Project, with a total floor area of approximately 400,000 square meters. Construction has not yet started; the project is in the preliminary stages, having recently acquired the land and still in the design phase.
