This project is a provincial key livelihood implementation project under the "Thousand Projects and Trillion Investment" initiative. The master plan comprises 38 low-rise residential buildings (A1#-A38#), 4 high-rise residential buildings with supporting service facilities (B1#-B4#), single-story entrance lobbies (D2# and D3#), and multi-story community service buildings (C1# and C2#). The total construction area is approximately 100,839.38 square meters.

The project includes 498 residential units in total: 238 resettlement housing units (located in B1# and A1#-A38#, comprising 96 high-rise units and 142 row-house units) and 260 subsidized rental housing units (located in B4#). It provides a total of 750 motor vehicle parking spaces.
