Life will never treat unfairly those who love it. Smile, and today will be a wonderful day.
"Encounter Jiangnan
My connection with Jiangnan began by fate.
At first, I didn't know Jiangnan. However, in the blink of an eye, it has been a year since I entered Jiangnan. From the internship at the Wuhan Corning 10.5-generation glass substrate Factory project to the formal work on the full-process engineering consulting project of the Shenzhen Xinhua Hospital project group, I have been constantly discovering myself as I gradually integrate into Jiangnan.

"In Shenzhen
This is a city that is infinitely impacted by the fast pace, yet it is full of novelty and challenges. I was fortunate enough to join the project group of Shenzhen Xinhua Hospital, where I got to know a group of professional, dedicated and lovely colleagues. I can still clearly remember when I first joined the Xinhua Hospital project group, watching my colleagues in the office busy with project work, I could only start by getting familiar with the situation of the project group with a blank look on my face.
However, work and time are always full of changes. Before you get familiar with and adapt to it, a job you've never encountered before will come to you. Starting from being forced to cooperate in project planning, I faced the work challenge of being repeatedly rejected and having to start over, then discussing, revising and improving over and over again, until the final draft was finalized. This period of time was full of stumbles and falls, but it was precisely the beginning that prompted me to quickly get into the project work.
What I went through next was to start cooperating with the Design Management Department, the Shenzhen Construction Engineering Bureau's preliminary management research topics, and the Engineering Management Center's full-process engineering consulting forum, among other tasks. During this period, I was constantly flipping through and searching for professional norms, journal literature, government documents and other materials, and also kept asking my colleagues in the project department professional questions. I still remember the scenes when Engineer Yang, Engineer Huang, Sister Bai and Engineer Qin patiently answered my questions. It is the tireless efforts of my colleagues, as well as the opportunities and space provided by the head office and the Shenzhen branch, that have given me more confidence and courage in my growth, enabling me to face and solve work problems fearlessly.
I have always believed that in Shenzhen, apart from working, we should also live a good life. The work of the Shenzhen Xinhua Hospital Project Group's full-process engineering consulting project never has any leisure time. However, in the midst of the busy work, I will also squeeze out time to live. Or they would organize everyone to play badminton or have a werewolf game, or on a holiday, they would invite colleagues to Shenzhen Bay Park to relax and watch a movie. Nowadays, they would mostly invite their dormitory friends for a night run. When I face life with my heart, the joy that life rewards me is enough to dilute the anxiety and unhappiness that occur at work.

"Language Growth
Looking back on the journey since I started working at this moment, it has been full of ups and downs but incredibly fulfilling. There have been efforts and contributions, as well as mistakes and reflections. I think what should be more important is growth.
As my work progressed, I began to pay attention to the accumulation and sedimentation of professional knowledge, realized the necessity of regularly recording and summarizing work, and tried to explore new methods to improve work efficiency. I also increasingly found the importance of team communication and cooperation in work.
If you look through your "growth history" after starting work, you will find that from the moment you step out of the campus and into society, you are no longer a campus student, but a "new student" in the workplace. With the changes in the industry's development, we have also learned to pick up a pen and doodle on our blank work journey, to start recording our work growth stroke by stroke, and then to endow it with a colorful touch. We are all striving to move forward.
Here, opportunities for growth are never lacking. The future is still long. We should seize the current opportunities and settle down to gain experience. If we rise to the challenge, there will surely be a day when we forge ahead through the waves.
