For me, who has graduated for a year, Jiangnan Management is undoubtedly the best platform. As soon as I joined the company, I participated in the training for new college graduates and felt the vitality of the company. I like everything here. After the training, when I returned to the project facing the huge factory building and different people and things, everything was a role model for me to learn from. All the knowledge before graduation was learned from books and not put into practice. Therefore, I hope to enhance my ability and work efficiency in practice. I have gained a lot at work.

As an information and data clerk, in addition to completing the daily routine of data collection and circulation, I also need to do a good job in systematic data archiving and storage, as well as other aspects of work. At the beginning of my work, I encountered many difficulties. For instance, how to communicate effectively with contractors, how to enhance familiarity with drawings and materials, and how to do a good job in coordination with construction units and relevant management departments, etc. However, when I encounter difficulties or have questions, my colleagues around me are all very willing to answer them for me, which makes me very happy.

After some time, I gradually understood my job responsibilities. In my work, I strive for rigor, constantly standardizing my own behavior and work attitude. During the process of organizing materials, I also aim to continuously improve, summarize and learn from them. I once thought that after graduation, no one would teach you as they did in school. However, since I joined the company, I have found that every time I did something poorly or made a mistake, my leaders and senior colleagues would explain it to me very carefully, making me understand that the materials are solid and need to be down-to-earth and organized meticulously. On the other hand, the supervisory unit supervises the overall quality, safety and progress of the project, but rarely involves specific appraisals in aspects such as the proportion of certain materials, seismic and tensile strength, fire resistance rating, or even the certification of special equipment. It is necessary to rely on third-party testing units and professional testing institutions to issue corresponding test reports, or the manufacturer conducts self-inspections and issues corresponding certificates of conformity. So whether the materials are complete or not becomes particularly important. If the quality of the project is the main focus in the early stage of the project, then the later stage of record-keeping and quality assurance should be guaranteed by relevant documents. Therefore, there can be no carelessness in preparing materials.

In our spare time, the company often organizes a variety of corporate culture activities such as training and knowledge quizzes, which not only enrich our spare time and enhance our sense of happiness, but also accumulate knowledge and improve our personal abilities. For instance, in the "Soaring Cup" knowledge competition, employees from various branches and project departments participated via video conference. They competed in speed and knowledge, fully exerting their intelligence and wisdom, passionately expressing their creativity and insights. Their ideas converged, inspiring wisdom. This made me deeply realize which aspects of my knowledge were more specialized and which were relatively weak. It has laid a solid foundation for targeted learning in the future.

Looking back on the work I have experienced, during the first three months of joining the project department, it happened that the materials were urgently needed to be submitted to the Urban and Rural Construction Bureau, and the work tasks were extremely urgent. I not only have to organize materials but also fill in the gaps. It can be said that I am constantly in the company of materials. Such days were very fulfilling and were the period when I learned and grew the fastest. Even to this day, when I recall the scene of the mountain of materials and that fulfilling experience at that time, I can't help but feel a lingering aftertaste.

During the more than one year of work after graduation, I have felt that a data clerk is the most fundamental and comprehensive job position in the construction industry. For newcomers who want to engage in the construction industry, it is a very good starting point. Data clerks are exposed to a wide range of aspects, including quality, safety, progress, technology, and comprehensive on-site management in the construction industry, as well as construction norms and technical standards.
