[Li Xiang] When the sun rises, the flowers by the river are redder than fire; when spring comes, the river water is greener than blue. How could one not miss Jiangnan?

As a newcomer stepping out of the ivory tower, I have been a member of the big family of Jiangnan Management for two years without realizing it. Looking back on these two years, the greatest gain can be summed up in two words: growth.
"First Year
When I first met Jiangnan, I participated in the company's induction training for college students and got to know young people from all over the country who were full of ambition. They were all fresh graduates, full of vigor and vitality, and were the fresh blood of the industry. At the same time, I also felt the excellent corporate atmosphere of the company. Whether it was the introduction of the company by the company leaders or the interesting activities organized by the colleagues in the human resources department, they were all so inspiring! Back in the project department, I realized that a new challenge was about to begin. There is still a considerable gap between the knowledge in textbooks and the actual situation on the spot, and only practice is the sole criterion for testing truth. Behind seemingly simple tasks such as standing by and reserving and embedding conduits, there are many tricks involved. Standing by is not merely about observing. The slump of the concrete, the degree of vibration, and whether water has been added are all key factors in controlling the quality of the pouring. The reservation and pre-burial of conduits should be carried out on the basis of understanding the drawings. By combining different drawings, it is necessary to check whether the pipe layout and wiring meet the requirements in terms of fire protection, weak current, and strong current.

"Second year
A soldier who doesn't want to be a general is not a good soldier. In the project, our director often tells me to have goals and a broad perspective. If you stand in the shoes of a supervisor and consider the issues of a specialized supervisor, then you have the perspective of a specialized supervisor. But if you stand in the shoes of a specialized supervisor and consider the issues of a director, then you are not far from being a director. One year of life as a supervisor led me to a bottleneck period. So the director transferred me to another project and asked me to do the work of a dedicated supervisor. At first, I was still worried that I wouldn't be up to the task. It was the director's words, "If it comes to it, just start over," that gave me a great boost.
As a qualified supervisor, it is not only necessary to control the quality, safety and progress of the project, but also to coordinate the relationships among all parties involved in the construction. Therefore, both necessary professional skills and good communication skills are indispensable. It is my honor to receive meticulous guidance in work and reminders and assistance in life and interpersonal relationships from my mentors. Thank you to my mentors and my director. Gratitude.
"I once saw all the flowers of Chang 'an in a single day when I was young and dressed in a fine horse." " This line of poetry is dedicated to us young people who are striving hard. Let's encourage each other.
