Carry forward the Red Boat spirit and inherit the original aspiration and mission

In 1921, the First National Congress of the Communist Party of China successfully concluded on a cruise ship on South Lake in Jiaxing, Zhejiang Province, solemnly announcing the birth of the Communist Party of China. From then on, China's New Democratic Revolution had a strong leader - the Communist Party of China. The article systematically expounds the "Red Boat Spirit", holding that the "Red Boat Spirit" is the source of the Chinese revolutionary spirit.

To carry forward the Red Boat spirit and inherit the original aspiration and mission, on April 13, 2019, the company's Party committee organized and carried out the first Party building activity of 2019. Under the leadership of Comrade Jin Guiming, the deputy secretary of the company's Party committee, 21 company Party members, including members of the company's Party committee and secretaries of Party branches, came to the venue of the First National Congress of the Communist Party of China and the birthplace of the Party - South Lake in Jiaxing to pay tribute to history, express gratitude to the martyrs, study and understand the Red Boat Spirit of the new era, carry forward the original aspiration and mission of the Communist Party members of Jiangnan Management, and be determined to take the company's Party committee as the core Lead all the staff of Jiangnan to shoulder the historical mission of the enterprise and strengthen their sense of responsibility, making positive contributions to improving the level of national engineering consulting.

The bright sunshine sets off the blue sky, and the bright Five-starred Red Flag flutters in the wind. The Party members came to the solemn and magnificent Nanhu Revolutionary Memorial Hall (New Building). The Memorial Hall is the publicity, protection and management institution of the site of the First National Congress of the Communist Party of China in South Lake, Jiaxing. It was established in 1959 and a new hall was built in 2006. As one of the participating construction units, the company provided full-process and professional consulting services for the design and construction of the memorial hall.

Under the guidance of the tour guide, the Party members visited the entire memorial hall carefully, meticulously and seriously. The first and second floors are the "Opening Up the World" unit, which consists of three parts: "Exploring the Path to Salvation and Survival", "The Founding of the Communist Party of China", and "Introduction to the Life Stories of the Thirteen Representatives". The third floor is the "Glorious Journey" section, which consists of three parts: "Carrying Out the New Democratic Revolution", "Building a New Socialist China", and "Taking the Path of Socialism with Chinese Characteristics". Facing the precious historical collections, everyone stood for a long time, observing carefully and listening attentively. All this seems to bring everyone back to the era of war and the time when people were willing to do anything for the dawn. We deeply felt the revolutionary verses in memory of Comrade Li Dazhao: "Standing, one is clearly a charging soldier; falling, one is still the forerunner of the revolution. Life is a fluttering banner, and the soul is the resolute force of a resounding bugle." I have come to appreciate even more the revolutionary sincerity of the predecessors who called for faith, light and freedom with their lives.

Ninety-eight years have passed in a flash, and ninety-eight years have witnessed tremendous changes. From 1921 to 2019, the number of Party members has grown from 58 to over 80 million. The Communist Party of China has been leading the ship of China's revolution, construction and reform all along, braving the wind and waves and forging ahead bravely. Solemnly recite the oath of joining the Party before the Party flag. Standing beside the red boat rippling on the blue waves of South Lake, one stops in deep thought, feeling the fearless spirit of sacrifice of those who risked their lives for ideals and missions in the revolutionary era. At this moment, the Party members received a pure and thorough ideological cleansing of the Party, and their ideals and beliefs were further elevated.

This is a journey of baptism as well as a journey of the original aspiration. Looking back on the development of Jiangnan Management over the past three decades, all Jiangnan people have never forgotten their origin as a national engineering consulting enterprise, and have always kept in mind the original aspiration of striving to improve the level of national engineering consulting. They have been striving forward and making breakthroughs and innovations in the field of engineering consulting. This is the Red Boat Spirit of all the people in Jiangnan.
