On the afternoon of March 1st, He Yigang, the Party Secretary of the association, delivered an opening speech. I hope everyone can listen carefully in class, take good notes, help each other and achieve success in their studies.

In light of the characteristics of the Party members in the construction supervision industry, this spring training for the association's Party members is divided into four major topics: "distinctive theoretical education, study of the Party Constitution and regulations, notification of the situation and tasks, and improvement of professional skills".

Jin Guiming, a member of the Party Committee of the Association, the deputy general manager of Zhejiang Jiangnan Engineering Management Co., Ltd. and a senior engineer, based on the actual situation of supervision work, delivered a special lecture on "Whole-process Engineering Consultation and Core Capacity Building of Enterprises", and elaborated in a targeted manner on the significance of "transformation and upgrading and innovative development" in the supervision industry.

In addition to the regular Party classes for the members of the association's Party Committee, the course also invited Dr. Sun Chengyao, a professor of the History of the Communist Party of China from Beijing Normal University, and Dr. Wang Tao, a professor of law from the Central Party School, to give lectures and share their experiences. They delivered special lectures titled "Interpretation of the Important Spirit of the 'Regulations on the Work of Party Branches of the Communist Party of China'" and "Interpretation of the Important Spirit of the Speech at the Conference Celebrating the 40th Anniversary of Reform and Opening Up". The content of spring training activities has been further enriched and expanded.

Diligent study is a prerequisite for Party members to maintain their advanced nature. During the one-and-a-half-day intensive training course, the Party members listened carefully to the course content, took good study notes and actively discussed and exchanged ideas. After the spring training is over, each Party member should also sort out their learning reflections and write them into written documents, which will be summarized by each branch and submitted to the Party Committee of the association.

This spring training has effectively strengthened the construction of the Party member team, continuously improved the comprehensive quality of Party members, and vigorously promoted the construction of Party members' Party conduct. In the future, the consulting and supervision industry of the city will continue to carry out more diverse and rich Party building activities to maintain the progress of Party members and better play the leading and exemplary role of Party members in the consulting and supervision industry.
