Land area: The total land area is 333,657.04 square meters (Phase I: 138,393.89 square meters)

Building scale: The total construction area is 253,268.32 square meters (117,336.24 square meters for the first phase), among which the above-ground construction area is 243,831.15 square meters. It includes a library, an administrative conference center, a teaching and training building, student dormitories, a student innovation and entrepreneurship center, the first cafeteria, and a landscape gate. The underground construction area is 9,437.17 square meters, which is for underground equipment rooms.

Investment scale: The total investment for the first phase of the project is 732,359,700 yuan, including a total of 49,662,200 yuan for engineering costs, a total of 204,966,100 yuan for other construction-related expenses, and a total of 27,731,400 yuan for contingency reserves.

Project progress: The feasibility study has been approved. We are currently advancing the preliminary design and budget estimate, as well as the preparations for the investor +EPC+O bidding.
