The first phase of the Vocational Education Park project is located at the junction of Shenzhen and Huizhou in the northeast of Shenzhen, in the northern part of Pingdi Sub-district, at the junction of Longgang District and Huizhou City. The land area is approximately 132.57 hectares, with a total available construction land area of about 810,000 square meters. The total investment in the feasibility study reply is 5.2 billion yuan, and the total construction and installation cost is 4.2 billion yuan. It consists of four independently approved projects. They are: Shenzhen Sports School Vocational Education Park Campus (Phase I), Shenzhen Pengcheng Technician College Vocational Education Park Campus (Phase I), Shenzhen Vocational Education Park Public Supporting Facilities (Phase I), and Shenzhen No.1 Polytechnic Vocational Education Park Campus (Phase I).
