The project covers an area of approximately 39,900 square meters, with a total construction area of about 195,480 square meters, including 127,680 square meters of above-ground construction area and 67,800 square meters of underground construction area. It aims to build a building featuring high-end equipment manufacturing. A modern smart industrial park that includes scientific research and industrial buildings such as technology business incubators, technology transfer parks, R&D and design facilities, testing and inspection facilities, exhibition, promotion and training facilities, as well as supporting service buildings.
