Service content: In order to strengthen the management during the construction period of construction projects, promote the standardized construction of project quality supervision and management, give full play to the role of social intermediary agencies in the quality supervision and management of construction projects, and solve a series of problems existing in the current project quality supervision work, such as heavy management tasks and insufficient management forces. Assist the Quality Supervision Station of Binjiang District in conducting regular and comprehensive inspections on approximately 65 housing construction projects and 13 municipal road projects in the Xixing area of Binjiang District, Hangzhou City. Inspect the physical quality of all projects, the quality and safety behaviors of all parties involved, safety production management, and civilized construction management, and issue rectification notices within a specified time limit.
