The Research and Development Center of Zhejiang Commercial Bank (Xi 'an) is the first major project implemented by Zhejiang Commercial Bank after signing the "Comprehensive Strategic Cooperation Agreement" with the Xi 'an Municipal Government. It is the only headquarters institution of Zhejiang Commercial Bank located outside Hangzhou.

This project is located in the core area of Fengxi New City, Xixian New Area, Shaanxi Province, to the south of Tongyi Road, to the north of Kangding Road and to the west of Baimahe Road. It has a total construction area of over 470,000 square meters and a total investment of over 2.5 billion yuan, including a financial technology research and development center and a high-level data center.

Zhejiang Commercial Bank Research Center (Xi 'an) takes the financial industry as its leading sector, integrating multiple business forms such as financial data, office, commercial, and employee apartments into modern buildings. It aims to create a model of data storage and bank technology revitalization for national joint-stock commercial banks. The project building is 148 meters high and has 28 floors. The overall design starts from the Liangzhu culture and the corporate culture LOGO of Zhejiang Commercial Bank, extracting the brand identity concept of Zhejiang Commercial Bank, and integrating the spirit of Zhejiang Commercial Bank, the intention of the jade cong, and the smooth and flowing design approach into the overall scheme design. After completion, it will become a first-class modern science and technology base in China and a new landmark building in the greater Xi 'an area.
