The project is located on the second-phase development land to the north of Shenzhen Radio and Television Center in Futian District, Shenzhen City. It is invested and constructed by the Radio and Television Group with its own funds, and the Construction management is handled by the Construction and Public Works Department. The building consists of a tower, a podium and a basement, and adopts a concrete-filled steel tube column - reinforced concrete core tube structure. Starting from the design and planning stage, BIM technology is applied, including scheme comparison, analysis of building physical performance, and green building optimization design. During the construction design stage, BIM technology is adopted for the detailed and optimized design of curtain walls, steel structures, mechanical and electrical systems, and high-end decoration, etc. Application of BIM solutions during the construction phase, construction simulation analysis, and in-depth application of cost, quality and progress. During the operation and maintenance stage, the operation and maintenance unit gets involved in advance, and the intelligent operation and maintenance system is deployed in advance to effectively implement the application of BIM technology throughout the entire process and in all specialties.


Application of BIM project-level refined management

This project adheres to the refined management concept of "quality assurance and value creation". During the implementation stage, it continuously innovates and conducts refined management applications such as BIM technology application for foundation pit deepening, three-dimensional field layout design, steel structure deepening and hoisting simulation, and mechanical and electrical optimization. Based on BIM technology, the project continuously optimizes the construction plan, rationally arranges human, material and machinery resources, and effectively realizes the process of transforming project management from extensive to intensive and refined.


2. Comprehensive Application of BIM construction high-tech

In light of the engineering characteristics, the project adopts high-tech processes such as aluminum formwork climbing formwork technology, curtain wall parameter design and prefabrication processing, and prefabrication processing of mechanical and electrical specialties during construction. During the construction phase, the application of BIM technology in the process is continuously optimized and deepened in combination with on-site conditions. Through in-depth exploration and the application of refined management, it effectively reduces construction errors, omissions and collisions, strengthens off-site mechanized prefabrication processing production, not only effectively solves construction difficulties, but also empowers project construction management and construction.
