Construction Scale: (1) Alumina Plant: 1.5 million tonnes/year. (2) Power Section: 1 × 220t boiler + 1 × 30MW turbo-generator unit. (3) Supporting projects include: two 10,000-tonne berths, one 35,000-tonne berth, and one 50,000-tonne berth. (4) Municipal works include: a 4.7 km logistics avenue and a 5.9 km port access road. (5) Other components include municipal water supply, power supply, drainage, and other municipal infrastructure construction projects.
