Cultivate professional and technical talents to assist in market operation work. After years of continuous investment and persistence, we have achieved abundant results in case collections, paper collections, patent technologies, etc., making positive contributions to building the image of a professional consulting enterprise in Jiangnan Management and setting an industry benchmark.

The on-site symposium of the three research centers for the whole-process engineering consultation, sports venue engineering management, and school education was successfully held at Lu 'an Sports Center from November 9th to 10th, 2019. The symposium specially invited Director Tan Yewen from the Development and Reform Commission of Lu 'an City. Chen Yongpeng, the chairman of Zhangjiakou Jiantou Group, Huang Jianguo, the deputy general manager of Zhangjiakou Jiantou Real Estate Development Co., LTD., and Han Bingfeng, the director of the Operation and Management Department of Zhangjiakou Jiantou Real Estate Development Co., LTD., attended.

Director Tan, as the representative of the construction unit, spoke first. Director Tan highly affirmed the full-process engineering consulting services provided by Jiangnan Management at Lu 'an Sports Center, pointing out that full-process engineering consulting is an important measure taken by the state to promote the supply-side structural reform of consulting services in the engineering field and resolve the contradiction between supply and demand in the engineering consulting market. The government, associations and enterprises should work together to improve policy measures, innovate the implementation methods of consulting services, and vigorously develop a full-process engineering consulting service model that is market demand-oriented and meets the diverse needs of the clients.

During the special lecture session of the seminar, Shen Lei, an expert in school education project management, conducted in-depth analysis and exchanges on aspects such as new educational concepts, design management, bidding model discussions, and construction management. Yue Shaofeng, the design director of Guangdong Zhongzhu Tianyou Lighting Aesthetics Lighting Co., LTD., delivered a special lecture on "Lighting Design and Fixture Selection for Sports Venues", sharing the analysis of lighting design standards for sports venues, the requirements for sports lighting in different events, the testing requirements for sports lighting, and specific methods on how to deal with glare and insufficient illuminance during the implementation of sports lighting design.

Based on the expert lectures, Zheng Dawei, the deputy chief engineer of the company, shared "Practice of the Whole Process Engineering Consultation" at the seminar. Gu Jinsheng, the senior project manager of the whole process engineering consultation, shared "Operation of the Whole Process Engineering Consultation in a Certain Hospital Project". Gan Hanfeng, the senior project manager, shared "Application of the Combination of Principle and Flexibility in Investment Control of a Certain University Project". Senior bidding expert Tan Qingqing shared "Case Analysis of a PPP Construction Project of a Certain Sports Center". Through lectures by external experts and sharing of internal management experience, the participants gained a more thorough understanding and mastery of the key points of the whole-process engineering consulting management, which played a positive role in promoting the improvement of project consulting service quality.

To further enhance the communication effect of the on-site seminars at the research centers, the three research centers have made thorough activity plans. They require all participants to submit the problems existing in the management process of this project and discuss them in groups Among them, the research Center for the Whole process Engineering Consultation and school Education conducted in-depth exchanges on aspects such as database construction, bidding cost management, special topics on hospital and school projects, investment control of EPC and PPP models, internal organizational management, and green buildings. The Research Center for Sports Venue Engineering Management held discussions on the event support for the World Military Games, the topic of "Research and Practice on the Whole Process Engineering Consulting of Sports Buildings", and other professional issues. Through the brainstorming of the participants, the research center and its attendees were helped to solve the problems existing in engineering management. Based on the suggestions of the participants, the research center improved its organizational structure and provided comprehensive support services for ongoing projects, becoming a strong support for the enterprise's full-process engineering consulting services.

The two-day in-depth exchange at the on-site seminar of the research center saw the full participation of Hu Xinzan, the company's deputy general manager and the supervisor, who enthusiastically shared his experience and gave instructions on the research center's work for this year and the work plan for the next year. General Hu pointed out that first of all, the research center should further promote organizational structure reform, attract outstanding young employees to join, and enhance the enthusiasm of research center members to participate. Secondly, as the backbone of the company and the project, the members of the research center continuously improve their comprehensive service levels through learning, guide the young employees of the project to improve together, and cultivate talents for the company in the form of passing on knowledge and experience. Thirdly, in the next stage, the research center will focus on standardized services and refined management, and enhance the quality of enterprise services by improving the quality of individual and team services. Fourth, the database should not only be well established but also well utilized to ensure convenience and efficiency during the project consultation process. Fifth, the research center should accelerate the formulation of a briefing system, implement the briefing work in phases based on project requirements, and enable project personnel to fully master the necessary knowledge and skills for management as soon as possible.
