When I first arrived, it was inevitable to make mistakes and shortcomings. Occasionally, I would encounter some troubles at work. It was my first time to take on the position of an external staff member in the branch company, and I was not very familiar with its job content. I encountered many problems of one kind or another. I was once lost and hesitant, but I persisted and got through it. Solving a long-standing problem would bring me great joy. This feeling is indescribable.

In order to help us better adapt to our job positions, the company's leaders gave us a brief introduction of the company, including its development history, positioning and plans. When encountering problems at work, I will promptly consult my colleagues, diligently study the various professional knowledge required for the job, develop and improve my business skills, and devote myself wholeheartedly to the work. On the other hand, while experiencing the company's outstanding performance, I will proactively showcase my excellent side to the company, allowing both sides to develop in a healthy way on the basis of full trust. I believe that if you bravely keep going, you will achieve the result you desire.

There are many stops in life. Each arrival marks a new beginning. From internship to becoming a regular employee, Jiangnan has taught me so much. With dreams and pursuits, and the seeds of hope in my heart, since I have taken root here, I must blossom here. The cleansing of the corporate culture and the tempering of my own soul have made me never feel the loneliness and isolation of being away from home. The company's service philosophy and business philosophy, along with those glorious scenes and achievements, have amazed me, moved me, and helped me find that long-desired sense of belonging. I clearly realize that here will be my new starting point and a new journey. Facing such a team that charges ahead bravely, I am eager to become one of them, to follow them through the waves and reach new heights together.

In college, I majored in electrical engineering, but I didn't think it was the most suitable for me. Therefore, when applying for jobs, I tended to choose the administrative direction. Fortunately, what I wanted came true. It's just that everything has to be learned from scratch. However, since I was mentally prepared from the very beginning, there won't be a gap between my expectations and reality. I have a clear understanding in my heart that during the transition from school to society, I might feel rather lonely. I am also prepared to accept and digest this sense of loneliness that I must endure. There will be numerous opportunities in my work that promote my growth. I must seize these opportunities to match my vision with my abilities. Only by constantly striving forward like Forrest Gump can I encounter the strong who are running and have the chance to become a strong person. Reality is not as extreme as I imagined. My colleagues have been taking good care of me since my first day here. All the preconceptions I made in my heart have been shattered. I am also convinced that I will improve more of the abilities I need here than I had imagined.

The daily work routine is the same, but strangely, it doesn't seem dull at all. Every day, one can gain some learning skills or methods to improve work efficiency from it to a greater or lesser extent. Just as Yohji Yamamoto said, "Just be yourself. You are good, and then start imitating the things you love, to imitate, to imitate, to copy, to plagiarize. And eventually, you will find yourself." I also agree that all learning starts with imitation. Right now, we don't need to rush to show off our uniqueness. We should admit our mediocrity and inaction. Once we have a position and capital, we can be ourselves, and others will be willing to recognize that this is you, just you. Sprouting growth seems to be brought by time, yet it also seems to be a choice made by oneself. The road finally took on the colors of the scenery, quietly hanging the moon over this slightly tired journey.

For the sake of project quality, progress and safety, no matter what the situation is, the people of Jiangnan will rush to the front line of the construction site without hesitation and strictly control the quality of every construction process. Stay at your post and carefully inspect every potential safety hazard in construction.

In the summer when overtime work has become the norm and the high temperature persists, colleagues from time to time show symptoms of heatstroke, but this cannot dampen the fighting spirit of the people in Jiangnan. The director works with the front-line supervisors on duty until late at night every day, and the director's representative goes to conduct concealed acceptance inspections late at night every day. To ensure the project is completed on schedule, all the people of Jiangnan have been conscientious in their duties, undaunted by difficulties and hardships. Even if we have become "Han people" due to the heat and "black charcoal" from the sun, we still have to fight against the high temperature to the end, because we share a common dream - to strive for the Jiangnan dream!

Time flies. In the blink of an eye, it has been nearly two years since I joined the company. I have felt a lot and gained a lot. In the summer of 2017, I stepped from the lush campus into the real society. From a fresh graduate who has just arrived at the project site and is unfamiliar and inexperienced, having to strive to remember those unfamiliar faces and names, to being able to skillfully complete daily inspections and independently handle some problems. All of this is inseparable from the meticulous care of all the seniors in the project department. Whether in work or life, they always help me avoid detours at the most critical moments and impart the most valuable experience to me.

Joining Jiangnan Company is a great development opportunity for me and also a good chance to exercise and improve my abilities in all aspects. As a young supervisor, I am passionate about my job, possess a good work style and a spirit of hard work, have a rigorous work attitude, enjoy delving into the causes and solutions of problems that occur in engineering supervision, and am enthusiastic about accumulating solutions to engineering problems. In future work, I will conscientiously fulfill my job responsibilities and strictly carry out supervision work in accordance with national standards and based on design drawings.
